US Army leaders are often laden with pens, pencils, maps, notepads and more to help guide in personnel and ordnance. These pouches are designed to store much of the 'admin' gear that is attached to leading Army units in the field. A pair of chunky YKK zippers opens the pouch wide open to reveal its contents. Both the rear and front of the pouch has hard inserts so you can rest a notepad firmly within and still be able to write on it.
