Horizon Forbidden West PS5 upgrade locked behind premium editions

Preorders are now live for Horizon Forbidden West, with a variety of versions to choose from ahead of the February 18th release. However, not all is well as the PS5 upgrade path is once again somewhat extortionate.

I got the PS4 version of horizon upgraded to ps5, and now when I download the ps5 version; it downloads it as different game. Does anyone know a fix to this?
